Designed and manufactured to suit new or existing structural openings for use as security, Fire escape, Personnel, Acoustic etc doors.

All our doors are designed on CAD/CAM system and manufactured with CNC punching and pressing facilities.

Specifications

Door Leaves

Manufactured from Zintec steel, double skinned with interlocking seams reinforced vertically with interlocking channels to prevent twisting. Either In-filled with dense Rockwool or honeycombe. 90 degree friction stays fitted as standard.

Door Frames

Manufactured from Zintec steel, formed to single or double rebated profile in welded or knockdown form, reinforced and fitted with fixing plates. Depth of frame can be varied to suit any brick, block or steelwork.

Hinges

Doors are supplied with stainless steel ball bearing butt hinges.

Sill

There are a number of choices with specials being made to suit structural requirements; wheel chair access etc.

* Fire rating up to four hours
* Louvered panels, Fire rated if required
* Various locking and panic hardware is avaliable.
* Dog bolt security Hinges and astragal.

* Door sets can be Polyester powder coated to BS or RAL standard colour range
